Arna Bontemps
Arna Wendell Bontemps was an American poet, novelist and librarian, and a noted member of the Harlem Renaissance. Born in Alexandria, Louisiana, he taught at the Harlem Academy in New York. He was curator of the James Weldon Johnson Collection at Yale.
